Dublin home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Dublin fell by $2,900 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $389,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Dublin in August 2016.
