Upper Arlington home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Upper Arlington rose by $55,500 while total sales increased by 104%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,500 - a 16.2% increase over the $342,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Upper Arlington in August 2016.
