Whitehall home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Whitehall fell by $420 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,080 - a 0.7% decrease over the $60,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Whitehall in July 2016.
