Dublin home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Dublin rose by $62,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $353,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Dublin in July 2016.
