Groveport home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Groveport rose by $25,750 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 16.7% increase over the $154,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Groveport in June 2016.
