Lincoln Village home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lincoln Village fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $96,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Village in May 2016.
