Bexley home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Bexley fell by $58,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $390,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Bexley in May 2016.
