Grandview Heights home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Grandview Heights fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $352,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grandview Heights in May 2016.
