New Albany home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in New Albany rose by $175,120 while total sales decreased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,070 - a 39.4% increase over the $444,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in New Albany in May 2016.
