Lincoln Village home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lincoln Village rose by $16,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,950 - a 21% increase over the $78,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lincoln Village in April 2016, as well.
