Dublin home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Dublin rose by $61,003 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,003 - a 18.2% increase over the $336,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Dublin in April 2016.
