Dublin home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Dublin fell by $29,900 while total sales decreased by 12%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,600 - a 7.5% decrease over the $397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Dublin in March 2016.
