Worthington home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Worthington rose by $146,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,250 - a 57.2% increase over the $255,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Worthington in March 2016.
