Dublin home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Dublin rose by $15,700 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,450 - a 5.1% increase over the $306,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Dublin in February 2016.
