Fairfield home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Fairfield rose by $48,050 while total sales decreased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,500 - a 36.6% increase over the $131,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Fairfield in June 2019.
