Pleasant Plain home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Pleasant Plain rose by $71,550 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $248,000 - a 40.5% increase over the $176,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pleasant Plain in the second quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,317, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
