Monroe home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Monroe fell by $18,900 while total sales decreased by 44.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 9.2% decrease over the $204,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Monroe in the second quarter of 2019.
