Monroe home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Monroe fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 27.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Monroe in the first half of 2019.
