Mentor home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Mentor rose by $43,000 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 28.3% increase over the $152,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Mentor in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Mentor for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,005, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
