Shoreland home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Shoreland fell by $25,900 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 19.1% decrease over the $135,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Shoreland in the second quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Shoreland for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,508, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
