Willoughby home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Willoughby rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 18.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $152,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Willoughby in July 2019.
