Perry home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Perry fell by $39,900 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 16.6% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Perry in July 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,852, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
