Oxford home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Oxford fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Oxford in August 2019.
