South Lebanon home prices rise in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in South Lebanon rose by $71,510 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,500 - a 53.4% increase over the $133,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in August 2019.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2020.
