The property at 2000 Watkins Glen Drive, Franklin was sold on Oct. 7, 2020 by Watkins Glen LLC and Kathleen Operating Manager Sampognaro for $3,750,000. The buyers were Janney Road Investors Ltd., Watkins Glen SK Investors LLC and Brandy Watkins Glen LLC.

The last time this property sold was Oct. 28, 2015. It last sold for $608,609.

This property is one of nine sales in Franklin in October 2020.
