Woodlawn home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Woodlawn fell by $44,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,000 - a 58.7% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in September 2019, as well.
