St. Bernard home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in St. Bernard fell by $41,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,500 - a 34.6% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in St. Bernard in September 2019.
