Springdale home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Springdale rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Springdale in September 2019.
