Kenwood home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Kenwood fell by $75,100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,900 - a 21.5% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Kenwood in September 2019.
