Woodlawn home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Woodlawn fell by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,500 - a 49.7% decrease over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Woodlawn in the third quarter of 2019.
