Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lincoln Heights rose by $16,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 49.3% increase over the $33,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the third quarter of 2019.
