Strongsville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Strongsville rose by $16,700 while total sales decreased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 7.4% increase over the $224,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 211 homes sold in Strongsville in the third quarter of 2019.
