Arlington Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Arlington Heights rose by $21,050 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 32.9% increase over the $63,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Arlington Heights in the third quarter of 2019.
