Northbrook home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Northbrook rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 1.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Northbrook in the third quarter of 2019.
