Golf Manor home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Golf Manor rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 48.4% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Golf Manor in the third quarter of 2019.
