Valley View home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Valley View rose by $112,600 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 70.4% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Valley View in the third quarter of 2019.
