Northgate home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Northgate rose by $17,875 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,875 - a 13.6% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Northgate in the third quarter of 2019.
