Pleasant Run home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Pleasant Run rose by $25,850 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,750 - a 19.3% increase over the $133,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the third quarter of 2019.
