Silverton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Silverton rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $146,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Silverton in the third quarter of 2019.
