Sycamore Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Sycamore Township rose by $2,550 while total sales decreased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $165,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the third quarter of 2019.
