Deer Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Deer Park rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 19.7% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Deer Park in the third quarter of 2019.
