Sharonville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Sharonville rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 25.8% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Sharonville in the third quarter of 2019.
