Penfield Junction home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Penfield Junction rose by $58,674 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 121.4% increase over the $48,326 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Penfield Junction in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Penfield Junction for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,659, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
