Anderson Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Anderson Township rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 182 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 193 homes sold in Anderson Township in the third quarter of 2019.
