Blue Ash home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Blue Ash rose by $51,500 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,500 - a 21.4% increase over the $241,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Blue Ash in the third quarter of 2019.
