Grafton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Grafton rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 36.2% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Grafton in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Grafton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,924, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
