Franklin home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Franklin rose by $27,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 109 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 20% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 109 homes sold in Franklin in the third quarter of 2019, as well.
