Adams County Building And Loan Company issued the following announcement on Oct 22.
From Oct. 26 - Nov. 6, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Lowell Blvd. will be closed to through traffic between W. 56th Way and W. 62nd Ave. The contractor will replace concrete and install pedestrian improvements near the railroad tracks.
