Perry Heights home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Perry Heights fell by $59,500 while total sales increased by 1450%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 29.8% decrease over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Perry Heights in the third quarter of 2019.
