Alliance home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Alliance rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 22% increase over the $79,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Alliance in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Alliance for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,185, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
